At Brands of Ibiza everything is about experience. For our new store in the center of Delft we are looking for an energetic sales assistant (16 to 32 hours) who will make customers feel the real Ibiza vibe, from warm welcome to radiant look. You will be a host or hostess, work at the cash register and keep the store tiptop. Starts immediately so you can help fill the store right away.

This is what you will do

Styling customers: advise, guide fitting and round up at checkout.

Welcoming and staying hospitable: welcoming everyone and offering something to drink at another time (coffee, soda or a glass of prosecco, just because you can).

• Process inventory and returns and maintain systems accurately.
• Store and window styling and keeping it neat and tidy.
• Participating in inventories.

This is you

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and representative.
• Minimum mbo work and thinking level.
• Experience in fashion retail or similar position is a plus.
• Communication strong, you get energy from customer contact.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, an additional language is a plus.
• Available at least 2 days per week, flexible schedule, including at least 1 weekend day and peak times such as shopping nights and promotions.
• Handy with computer and iPad, familiar with POS systems.
• Fan of our brands: ibzmode, MOOST Wanted and Isla Ibiza Bonita.
• Living in the Delft area, come by public transport, bicycle or scooter.

Vacancy: Customer Service & B2B Back Office Assistant (32-40 hours per week)

At ibzmode, everything is about experience. Our customers feel the Ibiza vibe, whether they shop online or visit one of our stores. To make that experience run smoothly, we are looking for a Customer Service & B2B Back Office Associate who not only helps our residential customers, but also ensures the smooth processing of orders from our business partners.

What will you do?

✓ You will answer B2C customer questions via email, phone and social media and make sure they hang up with a smile.
✓ You are the point of contact for our B2B partners: stores that buy ibzmode and Moost Wanted. You support them with orders, deliveries and after-sales.
✓ You will process orders and returns, keep records and make sure everything is correct in the system.
✓ You will support our wholesale customers with orders, stock questions and other requests.

✓ You will identify frequently asked questions or problems and help think about improvements in our service.

Who are we looking for?

✓ You have hbo working and thinking level.
✓ You have experience in customer service and know how to make customers happy.
✓ You are communicatively strong and energized by customer contact.
✓ You speak and write fluent in Dutch & English (German is a nice bonus!).
✓ You are Available 32-40 hours per week (full-time) and flexibly employed.
✓ You are type proficient and work quickly and accurately - Multitasking is not a problem for you!
