Did your order not go through or was there a problem with payment? No problem, we will automatically cancel your order. You can then safely place a new order.

Still have doubts? You can always reach our customer service on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, via chat or phone.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email about it. After that, you will receive an email from the courier service with a track & trace. You can follow this and it contains the most up-to-date information. You can also use it to have the package delivered to a different address or at a different time.

Please note that the courier does not deliver on Sundays and that delivery may take longer than usual during holidays or vacation periods.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. This means it is important that you always carefully check your order and personal details before finalizing your purchase. If you do not want to receive the package, you can refuse it at the door, and it will be returned to us. Once we have received the shipment back, we will refund the amount.

Your package may have been delayed by the carrier. We therefore recommend first carefully checking the track & trace code. This will indicate the status of the delivery. See also for questions about '
