How do I create an account?
You can click on the customer icon at the top right and choose register here.
You fill in your details and then immediately have an account, with which you can log in from now on. Benefits are:
- Manage your address data
- Create and manage your wish list
- Managing your shopping cart
- Viewing your orders
In case you forgot your password, no problem! Just click here.
My order did not succeed, what now?
Did your order not succeed or did something go wrong with the payment? No problem, we will automatically cancel your order. You can then feel free to place a new order.
Do you still have doubts? Then you can always reach our customer service on weekdays from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., via chat or phone.
When will I receive my package?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email about it. After this you will receive an e-mail from the parcel service, with a track & trace. This can be followed and contains the most current information. In this mail you can also have the package delivered to another address or at another time.
Please note that the parcel service does not deliver on Sundays and that during holidays or vacations it may take longer than you are used to.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change your order. This means that it is important that you always check your order and personal details before you finalize your order. If you do not want to receive the package, you can refuse the package at the door and it will be returned to us. When we have received the shipment again we will refund the amount.
My package has not been delivered yet, what now?
It may be that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first check the track & trace code. This shows the status of the delivery. See also questions about '
