How do I create an account?
You can click the customer icon in the top-right corner and select "Register" there.
Just enter your information, and you'll immediately have an account that you can use to log in from now on. The benefits include:
- Manage your address information
- Create and manage your wish list
- Manage your shopping cart
- View your orders

My order didn't go through. What should I do?
Did your order not go through, or was there a problem with the payment? No problem—we'll make sure your order is automatically canceled. Feel free to place a new order.
Still have questions? You can always reach our customer service team on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM via chat or phone.
When will I receive my package?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification. You’ll then receive an email from the shipping carrier with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package and view the most up-to-date information. You can also use this to have the package delivered to a different address or at a different time.
Please note that the courier service does not deliver on Sundays, and that delivery may take longer than usual during holidays or vacation periods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel or change your order. This means it is important that you always carefully review your order and personal information before finalizing your purchase. If you do not wish to receive the package, you can refuse it at the door, and it will be returned to us. Once we have received the returned shipment, we will refund the amount.
My package hasn't been delivered yet. What should I do?
Your package may have been delayed by the carrier. We therefore recommend that you first check the tracking code carefully. It will show the current status of your delivery. See also the section on '
