What is the return period?
We’ve shipped your order with care. Of course, there may be times when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please make sure to return the products unworn, undamaged, and with the tags still attached. Keep your return receipt until we’ve processed it.

How do I return a package?
Of course, you might not be satisfied with your purchase. You can always return it free Return it to one of our ibzmode stores, or follow the step-by-step guide below to return your package in four steps:
- Sign up here your return to
- Please repack the items in their original packaging
- Drop off your package at a service point (be sure to keep the tracking information)
- Once we receive the return, we aim to process the refund within 7 days.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. It usually takes up to 14 days to process your return. We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed, and you’ll receive a refund to your account within a few days, listed under “Mollie Payments”.
We aim to issue a refund within 7 business days of processing your return. In any case, the refund will be issued within the statutory 30-day period.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Store Returns: Free (Please note: the store is a drop-off location, so make sure to bring your package ready for shipping. Processing is handled at the main office.)
Returning items via the website: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return package to Ibzmode. However, we do offer a discounted rate on our return labels for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. Click here to request a return and download a label.
I can't create a return label using the link?
If you're unable to create a return label for your chosen country via the website, you can provide the return address below at a service point and send the package, prepaid, to:

Have you paid for the return label but haven't received it?
Please re-enter your order number and email address when downloading your return label here. You can download the return label again. It is valid for up to 5 days. If this doesn't work, please contact our customer service to download the label again.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or color through the online store. However, you can always return unwanted items free of charge to one of our ibzmode stores and exchange them there for the item you want. Of course, you can also place a new order through the website.
Can I return a sale item?
If your online purchases do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
Can I combine multiple orders into a single return?
You can include multiple orders in a single return shipment. However, it is important to include the order confirmations for each order so that our returns department can clearly see that the shipment contains multiple orders. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
What are the return policies?
- You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
- Did you pay for shipping? If you return all the items in your order, you will also receive a refund for the shipping costs.
- Returns made in-store are free of charge. All other returns are at your own expense.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Bikinis must be tried on with underwear and cannot be returned unless the hygiene strip is still attached to the bottoms.
- Ibzmode is not responsible for any loss or damage to a return package. We therefore recommend that you send your return package via registered mail. Please note: proof of shipment with a tracking code is required to initiate an investigation; if this is missing, it will not be possible to do so.
- Once we have received and processed the return package and the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We aim to process your return within 7 business days of receipt. After that, we will transfer the refund amount to your account as soon as possible. We aim to issue a refund within 7 business days of processing your return. In any case, the refund will be issued within the legal deadline of 30 days.
- Is there a problem with your order? We’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible! Please contact service@ibzmode.nl and clearly state your name, order number, and the items in question.
Can I return a purchase made in-store?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Items purchased in-store can only be returned or exchanged at one of our stores.
