It may be that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can always return free return in one of our ibzmode stores, or follow the steps below to return your package:

What is the return period?
We shipped your order with love. Of course, it can happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Keep your return slip until we have processed it.
Register your return here and download your return label. This label is valid for a maximum of 5 days.
How can I return a package?
It is possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can always free of charge in one of our ibzmode stores, or follow the steps below to return your package, following these 4 steps:
- Report here your return
- Pack the items back in the original packaging
- Deliver your package to a service point (keep the track & trace well)
- Once the return reaches us, we aim to process the refund within 7 days.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email. Normally the processing of your return can take up to 14 days. We will send you an e-mail when the return is processed, then you will receive the amount back into your account, under the name "Mollie Payments", within a few days.
The aim is a refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Refunds will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.
Are the return costs at your own expense?
Returns Stores: Free (please note that the store is a drop-off point, so make sure you bring your package ready to ship. Processing is done at the main office).
Returns via website: As stated in our terms and conditions, the cost of sending your return package to IBZmode is at your own expense. We do offer a reduced rate for our return labels for NL, BE, DE, FR, ES. Click here to register your return and download a label.
I cannot create a return label via the link?
Are you unable to create a return label via the website for your country? Then you can enter the return address below at a service point and return the parcel postage paid to:

Return label paid but not received?
Enter your order number and email address again at download your return label here. You can download the return label again. This is valid for up to 5 days. If this does not work, please contact our customer service to re-download the label.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items for another size or color through the webshop. However, you can always return the unwanted item to one of our ibzmode stores free of charge and exchange it for the item that suits you best. You can also place a new order through the website.
Is it possible to return a sale item?
If online (sale) purchases do not meet your expectations, there is the possibility to return them within 14 days. Once we have received and processed your return we will proceed to refund the purchase price.
Can I combine multiple orders into one return?
You can merge multiple orders into one return. However, it is important to include the order confirmations for each order so that it is clear to our returns department that multiple orders are involved. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
What are the return conditions?
- You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
- Did you pay the shipping costs? If you return all the items in your order, you will also be refunded the shipping costs.
- In-store returns are free of charge. All other returns are at your own expense.
- Earrings will not be taken back due to hygiene regulations. Bikinis must be tried on with underwear and will not be taken back without a hygiene strip in the bottoms.
- IBZmode is not responsible for loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered mail. Please note that a proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to investigate, if it is missing this is not possible.
- When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We strive to process your return within 7 business days of receipt. After this, we will transfer the refund amount to your account as soon as possible. We strive to refund within 7 business days of processing your return. Refund will in any case take place within the statutory period of 30 days.
- Is your order not correct? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact service@ibzmode.nl and clearly state your name, order number and the items in question.
