I received a damaged or discolored product. What should I do?
Did the item you ordered arrive damaged or defective, or are you dissatisfied with a product? That's too bad—we're sorry to hear that!
In this case, please contact our customer service within one week before returning the item. Our staff will address your complaint as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, item number, and 3 to 5 photos that clearly show the damage or issue, along with a brief description of how the issue occurred. We also need a photo of the item in its entirety. If the damage involves shoes, please also include a photo of the heel and the sole.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding the following defects:
- Unfortunately, purchases made more than 8 weeks ago are no longer covered by the warranty.
- Clothing items that have shrunk or been damaged due to improper washing.
- Wear and tear resulting from daily use, such as worn-out shoe toes.
- Damage to the heel of a shoe.
- Damage caused by improper or excessive use.
- Items that have been damaged or discolored due to excessive perspiration.
- Fuzz or pilling on the fabric.
- Damage caused by external factors, such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals.
How can I file a complaint about a product?
You can do this by sending an email within one week to service@ibzmode.nl Please include your order number, item number, and 3 to 5 photos that clearly show the damage or issue, along with a brief description of how the issue occurred. What is the warranty period?
All your purchases are covered by the statutory warranty. There is no fixed duration for the statutory warranty, as this varies by product. This means that a product must meet what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service or visit a store near you.
