I received a broken or discolored product. What do I do now?
Did your ordered item arrive damaged or defective or are you dissatisfied with a product? How annoying, we are sorry!
In this case, please contact our customer service within 1 week before returning the item. Our staff will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
Please send an e-mail to service@ibzmode.nl
Please include your order number, item number and 3-5 photos that clearly show the damage or complaint and include a brief description of how the complaint occurred. In addition, we need a photo of the item as a whole. If the damage relates to shoes, we ask that you also include a photo of the heel and sole of the shoe.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints for the following defects:
- A purchase made more than 8 weeks ago is unfortunately no longer covered under warranty.
- Garments shrunk or damaged after improper washing.
- Wear and tear due to daily use, for example, worn shoe noses.
- Damage to the heel of a shoe.
- Damage due to improper or intensive use.
- Items damaged or discolored by excessive perspiration.
- Lint or pilling of the material.
- Damage due to external factors, such as rubbing, sharp objects or chemicals.
How can I report a complaint about a product?
You can do this by sending an e-mail within 1 week to service@ibzmode.nl Please include your order number, item number and 3-5 photos that clearly show the damage or complaint and include a brief description of how the complaint arose. In addition, we need a photo of the item as a whole. If the damage is related to shoes, we ask that you also include a photo of the heel and sole of the shoe.

What is the warranty period?
You receive the legal warranty on all your purchases. There is no fixed term attached to the legal warranty, as this differs per product. This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer may reasonably expect of the product. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service or visit a store near you.
