What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping costs for PostNL home delivery or PostNL delivery point are €6.95.
With an order above €100,- we take the costs for our account!*
*in the Netherlands and Belgium
When will my package be shipped?
If you complete and pay for your order in full before 11:45 p.m., your package will join PostNL the same evening.
It will then be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
I want to change the shipping address, is that possible?
Unfortunately you can not change your shipping address with us, but fortunately you can use the track & tace at PostNL to a delivery point, instead of the entered address.
Then you can change your address in your account, so that the next order placed goes to the correct address.
Where is my package?
Your order will be given to PostNL on the same day. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace. Here you can see exactly what the status is and when the deliveryman expects to be with you. You can also choose a delivery point or another time. If you are not at home when the PostNL driver arrives at your door, you will be notified. This can be by means of a bill in your letterbox or by e-mail and it will also be visible in the track & trace of your package.
The delivery service will let you know where your order is and will choose one of the following options:
- The package was delivered to the neighbors
- The package will be delivered to a service point
- Another delivery attempt is made the next day.
If you are not sure when your package will be delivered, please contact our customer service.
I did not receive my package, what now?
During busy periods your package may take longer to arrive than you are used to. Please allow for a delay of 1 to 2 days. For the latest information on the delivery status of your package, we advise you to keep an eye on the track&trace code. Has your package been delivered, but you haven't received it (yourself)? Please check the following things first:
- Did a family member or roommate accept the package?
- Did one of the neighbors accept your package?
- Perhaps the package was left at the door, or in a place known/agreed upon by the letter carrier?
If none of these questions can be answered "yes," please contact our customer service team.
I received the wrong item, what now?
How annoying that you received the wrong item!
You can send an email to service@ibzmode.nl, with a photo on which you can clearly see the article number of the article you received so we can investigate where it went wrong. We will then send you a return label free of charge to return the article and send you the correct article.
Please note: processing may take about 2-3 days to find out why the item was sent in error and if the correct item is in stock.
How long will a package be kept at a service point?
A package will be kept at a delivery point for a maximum of one week. If you do not pick up the package within that week, they will return it to the sender.
We are not responsible for the collection of the packages and therefore cannot resend the packages to the delivery address free of charge if not collected within a week.
