Thursday, May 29, is Ascension Day and Monday, June 9, is Pentecost.
These days we are closed and no packages will be shipped by us.
During these weeks, carriers are expected to have a hard time delivering everything on time.

Manifestation day
May 20 is manifestation day in Belgium, carriers in Belgium expect 1 day delay.

NATO summit
On June 24 and 25 Navo summit in The Hague.

Around these days, carriers expect 1 business day delays.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping costs for PostNL home delivery or PostNL delivery point are €6.95.
For an order over €100, we will cover the cost!*

*in the Netherlands and Belgium

When will my package be shipped?

If you complete and pay for your order in full before 11:45 p.m., your package will join PostNL the same evening.

It will then be delivered the very next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

I want to change the shipping address, is that possible?

Unfortunately you can no longer change your shipping address with us, but fortunately you can use the track & tace at the PostNL to a delivery point, instead of the entered address.

After this, you can change your address in your account so that the next order placed does go to the correct address.

Where is my package?

Your order will be given to PostNL the same day. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace. Here you can see exactly what the status is and when the deliverer expects to be with you. You can also choose a delivery point or another time. If you are not at home when the PostNL driver arrives at your door, you will be notified. This can be by means of a bill in your letterbox or by e-mail and it will also be visible in the track & trace of your package. 

The delivery service will let you know where your order is, choosing from one of the options below:

  • The package was delivered to the neighbors
  • The package will be bracketed to a service point
  • Another delivery attempt will be made the next day.

If it is not clear to you when your package will be delivered you can of course contact our customer service.

I did not receive my package, now what?

During busy periods, your package may take a little longer to arrive than you are used to from us. Please allow for a delay of 1 to 2 days. For the most up-to-date information on the delivery status of your package, we advise you to keep an eye on the track&trace code. Has your package been delivered, but you haven't received it (yourself)? Please check the following things first:

  • Did a family member or roommate accept the package?
  • Did one of the neighbors accept your package?
  • Was the package perhaps deposited at the door, or in a place known/arranged for the letter carrier?

If none of these questions can be answered "yes," please contact our customer service department.

I received the wrong item, now what?

How annoying that you received the wrong item!

You can send an e-mail to service@ibzmode.nl, with a picture clearly showing the article number of the article you received wrongly, so we can investigate where it went wrong. We will then send you a return label free of charge to return the article you received and send you the correct article.

Please note: processing may take about 2-3 days to figure out why the item was shipped incorrectly and if the correct item is in stock.

How long is a package kept at a service point?

A package is kept at a delivery point for up to a week. If you do not pick up the package within that week, they will return it to the sender.

We are not responsible for picking up the packages and therefore cannot resend the packages to the delivery address at no cost if not picked up within a week.
