We are closed these days and will not be shipping any packages.
It is expected that delivery companies will have a hard time getting everything delivered on time in the coming weeks.

May 20 is a day of protests in Belgium; transport companies in Belgium are expecting delays of up to one day.

NATO Summit
The NATO summit will take place in The Hague on June 24 and 25.

Around this time, carriers expect a delay of one business day.

What are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping fee for PostNL home delivery or PostNL pickup is €6.95.
For orders over €100, we'll cover the shipping costs!*

When will my package be shipped?

If you complete and pay for your order by 11:45 p.m., your package will be shipped via PostNL that same evening.

It will be delivered the very next day (except on Sundays and holidays).

I want to change the shipping address. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, you can no longer change your shipping address with us, but fortunately, you can use the PostNL tracking feature to have your package sent to a pickup location instead of the address you provided.

You can then update your address in your account so that your next order is sent to the correct address.

Where is my package?

Your order will be handed over to PostNL the same day. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This will let you see exactly what the status is and when the delivery person is expected to arrive. You can also often still choose a pickup location or a different delivery time here. If you’re not home when the PostNL delivery person arrives at your door, you’ll receive a notification. This can be via a note in your mailbox or by email, and it will also be visible in your package’s tracking information. 

The delivery service will let you know where your order is and will choose one of the following options:

  • The package was delivered to the neighbors
  • The package will be delivered to a service point
  • Another delivery attempt will be made the next day.

I haven't received my package. What should I do?

During busy periods, your package may take a little longer to arrive than you’re used to from us. Please allow for a delay of 1 to 2 days. For the most up-to-date information on your package’s delivery status, we recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking code. Has your package been delivered, but you haven’t received it (yourself)? Then first check the following:

  • Did a family member or housemate accept the package?
  • Did one of your neighbors accept your package?
  • Was the package perhaps left at the door, or at a spot the mail carrier knows about or that was agreed upon?

If you cannot answer "yes" to any of these questions, please contact our customer service.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

How unfortunate that you received the wrong item!

Please send an email to service@ibzmode.nl with a photo clearly showing the item number of the incorrect item you received, so we can investigate what went wrong. We will then send you a free return label so you can return the incorrect item, and we will send you the correct one.

Please note: It may take 2–3 days to determine why the item was shipped incorrectly and whether the correct item is in stock.

How long is a package held at a service point?

A package will be held at a pickup location for up to one week. If you do not pick up the package within that week, it will be returned to the sender.

We are not responsible for picking up the packages and therefore cannot reship them to the delivery address at no charge if they are not picked up within a week.
