Our Story

Where it began...

Ibizamode was born in 2012 from a wild plan: Ibiza became our island and we wanted to bring the vibe to the Netherlands. Without a preconceived plan, but with a mission. With two empty suitcases and a great love for bohemian fashion and the free island feeling, we - brother and sister, Roy & Tamara - left for Ibiza. Everything that inspired us, we brought back with us.

Ibiza became a hype. Our online community grew rapidly, and with an office showroom and ibiza events throughout the country, ibiza fashion became a household name. But the Netherlands wanted more than just online shopping. People wanted to feel the fabrics, see the colors, and really experience that ultimate Ibiza feeling.

Ibiza fashion in pictures: our photo shoots in Ibiza

From the very beginning, Ibiza has been the setting for all of our photo shoots. This magical island exudes exactly the atmosphere we want to convey: freedom, sun, beach and that typical laid-back bohemian style.

We know the secret spots, the most beautiful bays and the most atmospheric fincas. That unique Ibiza look is reflected in all our campaigns, photos and videos. We take you to the island, just from your screen.

And our tips? We'd love to share those with you, of course! On our socials and in our blogs we let you discover the most beautiful Ibiza hotspots.

From suitcases to stores & worldwide growth

The first ibizamode store in Den Bosch was a fact. Not much later Noordwijk and Egmond aan Zee followed. Every store breathes our style: sun, beach, sea and the luxury of an Ibiza finca. A place where you are on vacation, even if only for an hour.

Meanwhile, our own collection grew. Where we once started with different brands, we consciously chose to only carry our own label ibzmode. This allows us to decide what our collections look like and where they are produced, without making concessions on quality or style.

And we kept growing. ibzmode can now be found in the most beautiful boutiques, from France to Greece, from Ibiza to Curaçao. With more than 200 outlets worldwide and our first franchise stores on Curaçao and Madeira, we continue to put ibiza fashion on the international map.

Ibiza fashion now: we are building on

We believe ibizamode is more than a brand - it is a lifestyle. With our shop-in-shop concept, we continue to expand our network and bring the Ibiza vibe to more and more stores. In June 2023, we opened the ibzmode store Curaçao, followed shortly after by Madeira and a beautiful 40m² shop-in-shop in De Loods Mijdrecht.

☀️Want to know more about our outlets?

We are also building our own collections: fashion, home accessories, jewelry and bohemian essentials, made with care and passion. We work with small-scale production companies in India and Bali, where craftsmanship and quality are paramount.
