Can I pay with Afterpay?

When you checkout with PayPal, you can choose the "Pay Afterward" option. Upon completing your purchase, PayPal pays the seller and the money is not debited from your bank account for 21 days.

Do you also ship packages abroad?

Yes, we ship worldwide! You can select your country during the ordering process, the corresponding shipping costs and times will then be shown. With Express, parcels are even delivered worldwide within 1-3 days (exceptions excluded).

If you live outside the EU, please always take into account additional import duties when your purchase amount exceeds € 150. However, you then do not pay 21% VAT on the products, as customers within the EU do.

When will my package be delivered?

Your package will be delivered as soon as possible, as you expect from us. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the most current delivery information. If you order before 11:45 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day (including Saturdays), if in stock and subject to exceptions (we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail).

What is the return period?

We shipped your order with love. Of course, it can happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Returns are at your own expense or free of charge when you drop it off at the IBZmode store in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Noordwijk or Egmond aan Zee. Make sure you return the products in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Keep your return slip until we have processed it.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email. Normally the processing of your return can take up to 14 days. We will send you an email when the return is processed, then you will receive the amount back into your account, under the name "Mollie payments", within a few days. We aim to refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Refund will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What to do?

How annoying that you received the wrong or damaged item! Of course in this case you may always contact our customer service by sending an emailnaarservice@ibzmode.nlVermeldwith your order number, article number & take a picture of the item that is broken or wrongly received. This way we can offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
