Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, you can choose Klarna as a payment method.
When checking out with PayPal, you can select the "Pay Later" option. When you complete your purchase, PayPal pays the seller, and the funds are not debited from your bank account until 21 days later.
Do you also ship packages internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can select your country during the checkout process, and the corresponding shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed. With Express shipping, packages are delivered worldwide within 1–3 days (barring exceptions).
If you live outside the EU, please note that additional import duties may apply if your purchase total exceeds €150. However, you will not be charged 21% VAT on the products, unlike customers within the EU.
When will my package be delivered?
Your package will be delivered as quickly as possible, just as you’ve come to expect from us. Keep an eye on the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery details. If you place your order before 11:45 p.m., it will be shipped the same day (including Saturdays), provided the item is in stock and barring any exceptions (we will notify you of any exceptions via email as soon as possible).
What is the return period?
We’ve shipped your order with care. Of course, it’s possible that you might not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your own expense, or free if you drop off your return at the Ibzmode store in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Noordwijk, or Egmond aan Zee. Please ensure that you return the products in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and with the tags still attached. Keep your return receipt until we have processed your return.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing your return typically takes up to 14 days. We will send you an email once your return has been processed, and you will receive a refund to your account within a few days under the name “Mollie payments”. We aim to issue a refund within 7 business days after processing your return. In any case, the refund will be issued within the legal deadline of 30 days.
I received the wrong item or a damaged item. What should I do?

In this case, please feel free to contact our customer service team by sending an email toservice@ibzmode.nlPlease include your order number and item number, and take a photo of the item that is damaged or was received incorrectly. This will allow us to provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.
