As a back office and customer service colleague you will support both our external customer service, and our ibzmode team.

✦ Immediately

NICE! THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

✦ Support external customer service:

- Process mail

- Challenging customer questions

- Order research

- Facebook messenger

- Blanks etc.

✦ Support ibzmode team head office:

- Checking orders

- Processing returns

- Import purchase orders

- Requesting articles from stores

- Place store replenishment orders etc.

WHO ARE YOU?

✧ You have a minimum of MBO education level.

✧ You have experience with customer service/back office work.

✧ You are very customer friendly, stress resistant and solution oriented.

✧ You write in flawless Dutch & English.

✧ You are at home with the office package, especially Excel.

✧ You are eager to learn and like varied work.

✧ You feel completely at home in the world of fashion.
